Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer with over 10 years of software development experience to design and build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in React.js, modern JavaScript frameworks, and enterprise-level application development, preferably within the banking or financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js.
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
Integrate RESTful APIs and microservices into front-end applications.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

Required Skills:
10+ years of experience in software development.
5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and modern front-end frameworks.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
Experience integrating REST APIs / GraphQL services.
Strong knowledge of TypeScript.
Experience with Microservices-based architecture.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with banking or financial services clients.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
Knowledge of Node.js or backend technologies.
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library).
Understanding of security and compliance standards in financial systems.
