Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant with 10 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CRM processes along with interface integration experience, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support end-to-end implementation and support of SAP CRM solutions.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Design, develop, and support integrations between SAP CRM and Microsoft Dynamics systems.
Manage and troubleshoot interface-related issues across systems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including SAP functional and technical consultants.
Perform configuration, testing (Unit Testing, Integration Testing), and deployment activities.
Provide post-go-live support and enhancements.
Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
10 15 years of strong experience in SAP CRM.
Hands-on experience in SAP CRM configuration and customization.
Good knowledge of SAP CRM modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, and Middleware.
Experience in integrating SAP CRM with Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong understanding of system interfaces (IDocs, Web Services, APIs, Middleware, etc.).
Experience in troubleshooting interface and data synchronization issues.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in S/4HANA integration environments.
SAP CRM certification is a plus.
Experience in Agile project environments.
