Job Summary:

QA Analyst – SmartCOMM Implementation

• We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst to support the testing and quality assurance of our SmartCOMM implementation. The ideal candidate will ensure that all document generation processes meet functional and technical requirements, delivering a seamless experience across integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for SmartCOMM implementations.
• Validate document templates, data mapping, and integration points with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., Guidewire).
• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Document test results and provide clear reporting on quality metrics.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices and maintain testing documentation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in QA testing for document generation platforms (SmartCOMM preferred).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and defect management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Familiarity with insurance systems (Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) is a plus.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
