Full Stack AWS Engineer
The contractor will join the AWS Application Framework team and work alongside a larger product delivery team building company newest commercial lines quoting platform. The engineer will be expected to contribute across the user experience, service layer, and AWS infrastructure, helping deliver new business capabilities while adhering to established engineering standards and patterns. Experience required:
We're less interested in years of experience and more interested in demonstrated capability. Candidates should be able to show experience and proficiency in:
- Building production applications using React and TypeScript.
- Creating user interfaces using established design systems and component libraries.
- Developing and consuming GraphQL APIs using AWS AppSync.
- Building serverless services using AWS Lambda.
- Designing and implementing solutions using DynamoDB.
- Defining and maintaining infrastructure using Terraform.
- Working within GitLab-based source control and CI/CD workflows.
- Troubleshooting issues across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and cloud services.
- Collaborating effectively within cross-functional agile product teams.
