Summary

Title: IT Change Management Coordinator

Location: Houston, TX

We are looking for an IT Change Management Coordinator to create change requests in ServiceNow and coordinate with the IT Engineers to implement and test the changes. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with a knack for communication and collaboration. The Change Management Coordinator is a highly collaborative person, working closely with IT and Business stakeholders of the Program.

Responsibilities:

Work with Project Managers and technical SMEs to create Change Requests (CR) in ServiceNow for IT Infrastructure and Network upgrades and deployments
Coordinate with IT Engineers to implement the changes
Track and manage ServiceNow Change Requests.
Collect status from IT Engineers on the status of changes and prepare a consolidated status report.
Create and share meeting agendas, as well as the distribution of follow-up notes and action items.
Validate change documentation, risk assessments, implementation plans, and rollback plans.
Perform additional duties and ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

Must have good understanding of IT Change Management processes
Must have experience have creating IT Change Requests
Must have ServiceNow experience
Knowledge of infrastructure/network components
Schedule and facilitate CAB meetings.
Strong attention to detail and ability to support multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
Proven written and verbal communication skills.
Must have strong organizational skills, be very detail-oriented, and mission-accomplish focused.
