WORKDAY TEST LEAD
Location : Remote
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Must have minimum 10+ years’ IT industry experience. With minimum 4 years working as a Lead.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in testing Workday implementations, including the development of detailed test plans and comprehensive E2E test cases.
• Hands-on experience supporting Workday (HCM/Payroll focus required). Deep proficiency in Workday configuration, data structure, security model, and integrations.
• Experience in designing and coordinating tests for system interfaces and data integrations.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to find proactive solutions to critical issues.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across technical teams and business stakeholders
• Should have experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively across technical teams and stakeholders.
