How you'll make an impact in this role

  • 5 years of experience as an IT Manager in Software Development
  • Proven experience leading or managing technical teams across data engineering, integrations, and application development. Manage complex data flows across multiple third-party platforms
  • AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and DynamoDB, data pipelines (ETL/ELT), API development, and system integrations, SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Formstack, or similar systems, data governance, security, and compliance, eCommerce platforms such as BigCommerce and related integrations
  • Hands-on experience with full-stack development (frontend, backend, and APIs)

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Project Mgmt Professional preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Experience with healthcare data systems, compliance frameworks (e.g., DSCSA), or regulated environments
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable cloud-based architectures
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and modern DevOps practices
  • Experience modernizing legacy systems into cloud-based solutions
  • Strong mentoring and coaching experience for technical teams
