Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support executive leadership with scheduling, purchase orders, invoicing, and daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support executives with scheduling, meetings, and calendar management
  • Manage purchase orders (POs) and invoice processing
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events
  • Handle document filing, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

  • 3+ years supporting executive teams
  • Experience with calendars, meetings, and admin operations
  • Experience with PO, invoicing, or procurement tasks
  • Concur or similar expense tools preferred
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
