We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the team's Scrum facilitator and Agile coach, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
Guide the team in self-organization and foster a collaborative environment to enhance project performance and efficiencies.
Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's productivity, facilitate resolution of conflicts, and nurture team dynamics.
Conduct Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring maximum team engagement and productivity.
Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and ensure clarity and understanding of product goals and deliverables.
Track, manage, and communicate team progress, performance, and project metrics to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Promote continuous improvement within the team by encouraging an Agile mindset and adopting new technologies, processes, and methodologies where appropriate.
Act as a change agent to drive organizational and process improvements using Agile best practices and principles.
