Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with 9+ years of industry experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI solutions, leveraging advanced machine learning models, LLMs, MLOps, and cloud-native architectures. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in building production-grade AI applications and mentoring technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications.
Lead the development and deployment of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI models.
Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Develop AI-powered applications utilizing LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
Build and optimize end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders to define AI strategies.
Develop cloud-native AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform platforms.
Implement responsible AI practices, model explainability, and governance frameworks.
Drive AI innovation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies.
Mentor junior engineers and establish AI/ML engineering best practices.
Required Skills:
9+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years focused on AI/ML Engineering.
Expert-level Python programming skills.
Strong experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
Extensive experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, and RAG architectures.
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen frameworks.
Expertise in Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, FAISS).
Strong knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML.
Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and large-scale data processing frameworks.
Strong cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
Experience leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of Graph Databases and Knowledge Graphs.
Experience with Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems.
AI/ML, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Certifications preferred.
