Role: Tech Lead Solution Architect (Azure)

Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Role Description:

Own the end-to-end architecture and technical direction of the project, ensuring HIPAA-compliant design and delivery. This role is the cornerstone of the MVP and Scale phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and document the overall solution architecture across Azure, Power Platform, Teams, Fabric, and Snowflake.
• Make critical technical decisions on APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
• Lead technical delivery planning, ensuring milestones are met.
• Establish coding standards, quality benchmarks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs and external developers to align architecture with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and PHI handling requirements.
• Provide technical mentorship to supporting developers and engineers.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years in solution architecture, with deep Azure expertise (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, etc.).
• Strong background in microservices and API-first design.
• Experience with Power Platform, Teams integration, Microsoft Fabric, and Snowflake.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
