Role Overview
We are seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to lead a complex, in-flight enterprise project within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space. This role requires an individual who is hyper-focused on outcomes rather than just process, with a proactive approach to driving work to completion. The ideal candidate will form strong relationships with business partners, champion the project with an executive voice, and manage execution risk in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the project delivery manager for a key enterprise initiative.
- Form strong working relationships with business partners to ensure project alignment.
- Assist lines of business in completing application access changes on time.
- Identify and manage the critical path of the project.
- Escalate issues and roadblocks as necessary to maintain project momentum.
- Fulfill data analysis and reporting duties to provide transparency and visibility.
- Lead with an agile business approach, focusing on results and delivery.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and navigate differing opinions effectively.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Experience:- Proven project experience in IAM or a cybersecurity domain.
- Demonstrated experience in a delivery lead capacity, focused on outcomes over process.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate with impact.
- Experience in highly regulated environments is beneficial.
Skills:- A bias toward action and a proactive, "get it done" approach.
- Ability to learn new subject matter quickly.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, and capable of managing highly charged opinions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be succinct and precise.
- PMP Certification
- CSM Certification
- Experience working in a regulated environment
Work Environment
This is a remote position that can be performed from anywhere in the United States, with the expectation of working primarily Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. Occasional travel may be requested for in-person workshops approximately once per quarter, so flexibility is required
