We re seeking a senior-level Project Manager to support finance and budget operations within a complex, highly regulated organization. This role owns finance-driven projects tied to budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and organizational change initiatives.
You ll lead medium- to large-scale projects, partner with finance leaders and technical teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Lead finance and budget-related projects from initiation through delivery
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts
Coordinate across business, finance, and technical stakeholders
Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; recommend mitigation strategies
Support change management efforts impacting financial processes
Maintain project documentation and reporting in project management systems
Facilitate meetings, status updates, and executive-level communications
< data-start="8426" data-end="8454">Required Qualifications
10+ years of project management experience, including finance-focused initiatives
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and Visio
Strong understanding of project life cycle methodologies
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Experience in regulated, enterprise environments
< data-start="8783" data-end="8812">Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
PMP or similar certification
Experience in utilities, government, or energy sectors
Change management or process improvement experience (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma)
