Job: Salesforce Solutions Designing Expert

Location: Raleigh, NC ( Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and engineering: Lead integration designs, blueprinting and configuration strategies, Architecting Low Code Solutions, designing highly scalable and reusable application components, business process optimization, Human centered design and lightning experience best practices.
• Coordination and communication: Collaborate with vendors, product owners, administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders to plan and execute required updates and deliverables.
• Discovery and requirements: Lead technical discovery sessions with product owners and program stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend bestfit approaches.
• Technical leadership: Establish development standards, mentor junior developers, conduct peer code reviews, and promote consistent high standards across teams.
• Release management readiness: Review Salesforce Spring, Summer, and Winter release notes to identify breaking changes, deprecations, new settings, and feature impacts. Assess platform updates affect existing systems and integrations.
• AI-enablement: Apply AIdriven approaches to enhance Salesforce solutions, including identifying practical use cases, incorporating intelligent automation, and ensuring responsible and compliant use of emerging technologies

  Required Skills:

  • Experience supporting public-sector, regulated, or compliance-heavy programs (or equivalent experience in complex multi-team environments).
  • Experience leading technical discovery, design sessions, or development teams in a senior or lead capacity
  • Experience in designing highly scalable and reusable application components
  • Knowledge and experience in business process optimization
  • knowledge and experience in Human centered design best practices
  • Knowledge and experience in data modelling, security and sharing model
  • Sound knowledge in user story creation, gap analysis and sound communication with stake holders.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience across configuration, customization, and solution design.
