Job Overview:
The organization is looking for a customer-obsessed Support Engineer to support partners by delivering exceptional technical service including white-glove support. The ideal candidate is responsive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing timely communication, proactive issue resolution, and a high-quality support experience. This role requires close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to ensure partner issues are prioritized, tracked, and resolved efficiently. The successful candidate must also be highly technical and possess strong programming skills to effectively troubleshoot complex issues, analyze system behavior, and collaborate with engineering teams on technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes.
- Develop and maintain application enhancements using full-stack technologies.
- Route and coordinate partner issues with the appropriate engineering teams.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to investigate issues, communicate progress, and drive timely resolution.
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with full-stack development using technologies such as C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
- Skilled in Prompt AI engineering, CoPilot and prompt engineering techniques to accelerate troubleshooting, analysis, and engineering productivity.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, REST APIs, and modern application architectures.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
