Summary
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting Consultant to support the ongoing configuration, enhancement, and optimization of a Workday Recruiting environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive functional expertise in recruiting processes, business process configuration, reporting, system testing, and stakeholder collaboration within enterprise HR systems.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Recruiting functionality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable solutions.
- Configure recruiting workflows, job requisitions, candidate lifecycle processes, interview scheduling, and offer management.
- Support system enhancements, production support activities, and periodic Workday releases.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and recruiting metrics.
- Perform functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of system changes.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and cross-functional teams to improve recruiting operations.
- Prepare user documentation and provide knowledge transfer when needed.
- Assist with integrations between Workday and external recruiting applications.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of recruiting operations and talent acquisition processes.
- Experience configuring Workday business processes and recruiting workflows.
- Experience building Workday reports, including advanced reporting.
- Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, or production environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience working directly with business users and functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Recruiting certification is a plus.
- Experience with additional Workday functional areas such as HCM or Talent.
- Familiarity with Workday integrations, EIBs, or related integration tools.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale HR technology environments.
