Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineering Engineer (Python + Unidata) with strong expertise in Unidata & Unicloud to lead development, configuration, and deployment of enterprise application modules.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who combines technical depth with delivery ownership, and can drive both architecture and execution in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development and configuration of application modules
Oversee deployment and ongoing maintenance of software applications
Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise in coding and testing
Review and validate technical specifications
Re-engineer and optimize complex program components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Drive best practices in development, testing, and deployment

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience with Unidata & Unicloud
5+ years of experience with Python development
5+ years of experience in a Team Lead / Project Lead role
3+ years of experience in solution design and architecture
Strong experience in application development, configuration, and deployment
Ability to lead teams and manage delivery in complex enterprise environments

Preferred Qualities

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership abilities
Experience working in Agile/iterative delivery environments
