About the RoleIn this role, you will support large-scale, complex Software Engineering initiatives that impact multiple teams and long-term strategic planning. You will review and analyze multifaceted engineering challenges that require evaluating numerous variables, including ambiguous or unprecedented factors.
You will contribute to resolving complex technical issues by applying a strong understanding of engineering functions, organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. This role also requires strategic collaboration and consultation with client stakeholders across various levels.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert consultation on high-complexity software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Analyze and assess large-scale or long-term engineering challenges, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative considerations.
- Develop recommendations and contribute to solutions for complex, multi-dimensional engineering situations.
- Apply deep knowledge of engineering practices, governance, compliance, and project guidelines to meet deliverables.
- Partner strategically with client teams to support planning, design, and execution of technical initiatives.
