Role Overview

The Client Partner will lead and grow the strategic alliance between Hexaware and EY in the U.S. market. This role is responsible for revenue growth, executive stakeholder management, solution selling, and delivery governance across joint pursuits and existing accounts.

The individual will drive co-sell opportunities, build CXO-level relationships within EY and end clients, and ensure successful program execution aligned with digital transformation objectives.


Key Responsibilities

1. Alliance & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary relationship owner between Hexaware and EY leadership.
  • Develop joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with EY partners and account leaders.
  • Build strong CXO-level relationships within EY and client organizations.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive steering meetings.

2. Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership

  • Own P&L and revenue targets for the EY alliance portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue joint business opportunities in:
    • Cloud transformation (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
    • Data & Analytics
    • SAP/Oracle transformation
    • Cybersecurity & Risk
    • Banking & Financial Services digital programs
  • Lead RFP/RFI responses in collaboration with EY pursuit teams.
  • Drive pipeline generation, forecasting, and deal closure.

3. Delivery Governance & Client Success

  • Oversee delivery excellence across all joint programs.
  • Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and margin targets are achieved.
  • Manage escalations and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with delivery heads and solution architects.

4. Strategic Planning

  • Develop 1–3 year account growth roadmap.
  • Expand footprint across verticals such as:
    • Financial Services
    • Healthcare
    • Insurance
    • Retail
  • Identify white space opportunities within EY’s client base.

Required Qualifications

  • 12–18+ years in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation.
  • 5+ years in Client Partner / Account Director / Alliance Manager role.
  • Experience working with Big 4 firms (EY preferred).
  • Strong understanding of US enterprise market.
  • Proven track record of $20M+ portfolio management.
  • Experience in co-sell or alliance-driven revenue models.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in BFSI domain (highly preferred).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Familiarity with enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle).
  • MBA preferred.
