What You?ll Be Doing
This role is centered around efficient production mechanical work, including:
- Brakes
- Suspension
- Alignments
- Tires
- Fluids
- Hoses & belts
- A/C service
- General maintenance and parts replacement
No heavy diagnostics. No major engine tear-downs. No guesswork. Just steady work that keeps your flag hours moving.
What We?re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience
- Strong mechanical repair background
- Experience working in a full-service shop environment
- Valid driver?s license
- Must be insurable for test drives
Bonus Points For:- ASE Certifications (A1?A8)
- NC State Inspection License
Important Requirement:- No DUI/DWI convictions within the last 10 years

PTO Structure
- Year 1: Prorated 2 weeks after 90 days
- Years 2?5: 2 weeks annually
