Required Qualifications
1. 10 or more years of hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS; candidates may demonstrate extensive WMOS experience combined with more recent hands-on Manhattan Active (MAWM) experience. Deep WMOS-only profiles without demonstrated MAWM exposure will not be considered.
2. Demonstrated experience in post go-live application ownership in a steady-state, multi-site environment rather than solely implementation or project-mode roles.
3. Proven people management experience, including the ability to lead analysts and manage vendor resources in a matrixed environment.
4. Hands-on configuration experience in Manhattan Active, including inbound and outbound execution, inventory management, and replenishment.
5. Experience writing & reviewing functional requirements and managing a delivery backlog independently.
6. Experience integrating Manhattan WMS with JDE/SAP ERP, including a working understanding of interface design and data mapping.
7. Experience with EDI and ASN transactions, including the ability to troubleshoot interface failures.
8. Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data analysis, issue troubleshooting, and ad hoc reporting.
9. Experience operating in a SOX, GxP, and ITGC-regulated environment, including audit support and change control compliance.
10. Strong documentation discipline across configuration specifications, functional designs, test scripts, and audit artifacts.
11. Expected to be reachable and responsive for Sev1 and critical incidents outside of standard business hours. No formal on-call rotation is in place, but availability during high-severity situations across a multi-site distribution center environment is a baseline expectation of the role.
