Senior React/TypeScript UI Developer
Position: Remote
Contract - 6 Months
Rate: $70-$75 W-2 only
Must quality for Public Trust - Government - ship required
Introduction:
We are seeking a Senior React/TypeScript UI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in React development in an AWS environment, with a focus on building cloud applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing front-end solutions using React.js, TypeScript, and other technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop UI components using React.js and TypeScript
- Collaborate with the design team to implement intuitive and visually appealing designs
- Work on cloud applications in an AWS environment
- Incorporate REST APIs into front-end code
- Utilize modern front-end frameworks and tools such as Vite, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines, and more
- Conduct testing and debugging of front-end code
- Work with version control tools and automation tools
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of recent React development experience in an AWS environment
- B.S. degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field
Qualifications for an ideal candidate:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience designing and building cloud applications
- 3+ years of experience working in the AWS cloud environment
- A passion for working on a ReactJS SPA using Vite and TypeScript
- 5+ years of recent hands-on experience with React/TypeScript
- Extensive experience using AI models to develop and test front-end code for a client
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
- More than 3 years of experience in UX/UI design
- Knowledge of and ability to incorporate REST APIs into front-end code
- 5+ years'' experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, VueJS, etc.)
- Proficiency in working with version control tools and Automation Tools
- Recent experience working with specific npm packages
- Knowledge and experience working with traditional or document databases
- Working knowledge of Agile methodology and supporting technologies
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive, visually appealing designs
Compensation:
$70-$75 per hour
This is the targeted compensation range for this role. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline, and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
