Title: Azure Cloud Engineer

Position Type: (Contract) – 12 Months

Location:  Irving, TX , Concord, CA (Onsite)

Job Description 

•            Develop and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure using Terraform and IaC best practices.

•            Implement and enforce cloud governance policies, security standards, and compliance requirements.

•            Design and optimize landing zones, blueprints, and enterprise-scale architectures.

•            Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud environments.

•            Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues across Azure services.

•            Document architecture, automation workflows, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

•            5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or related roles.

•            3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure, including enterprise-scale deployments.

•            Expert proficiency in Terraform and other IaC tools.

•            Strong understanding of Azure networking, security, and compliance best practices.

•            Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) and CI/CD pipelines.

•            Familiarity with Azure governance tools (Policy, Blueprints, Defender for Cloud).

•            Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration (AKS).

•            Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).

•            Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure Machine Learning.

•            Familiarity with Cloud Foundry or similar PaaS platforms.

•            Experience in cloud engineering or related roles.
