Sr Machine Learning Architect

NOTE - LOOKING FOR VERY SENIOR CONSULTANTS (15+ years of experience). This is an Architect Level Role.

Education: Bachelor's Degree

MUST HAVE: Python, XGBoost/scikit-learn, MLflow, feature engineering, SHAP, Kafka/streaming SQL. Financial services ML experience strongly preferred.

Designs and implements the three-tier classification engine (rules, XGBoost, LLM agent).
Builds and maintains the monthly retraining pipeline (Lambda + MLflow).
Trains and validates XGBoost on Banking's ServiceNow historical incident data.
Owns model risk documentation for SR 11-7 compliance.
Implements SHAP explainability for every classification decision.
