Overview
The Digital Lounge Services team drives the vision, product strategy, and execution of digital capabilities that power the Global Lounge Collection. We create innovative, end-to-end digital solutions that simplify travel, enhance real-time servicing, support operational excellence, and elevate the premium value of American Express lounges worldwide.
We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to support the development and execution of digital experiences across the Global Lounge Collection ecosystem, including the Global Lounge Collection website and mobile experiences, and the Centurion Lounge Digital Waitlist.
This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Content Management, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality enhancements that improve Card Member experiences, support lounge operations, and facilitate lounge access benefits globally. The Product Manager will translate product strategy into clear requirements and drive execution across multiple initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines product management expertise with strong user empathy, leveraging insights, technology, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and execution of the Lounge Services product roadmap.
- Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Content, and Design teams to support feature development, testing, and launch readiness.
- Maintain and groom product backlogs to ensure clarity, prioritization alignment, and delivery efficiency.
- Track feature progress, identify risks and dependencies, and escalate as needed.
- Support the definition of KPIs and success metrics for new features and enhancements.
- Analyze performance data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on timelines, scope, and launch expectations.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3 7 years of experience in Product Management or a related role.
- Experience building internal tools; exposure to content management systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Strong written communication skills with experience creating structured requirements and documentation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Effective collaborator across business and technical teams.
- Technical fluency with APIs, web/mobile development concepts, and analytics tools.
- Experience using data to guide product decisions and measure feature impact.
- Proven experience running agile ceremonies and managing projects end-to-end.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting digital products, internal tools, and backend services.
- Exposure to enterprise-level content management systems.
- Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with complex regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with travel, hospitality, or lounge-related experiences is a plus.
