What You'll Do- Help convert systems to PROFINET / PROFINET Safe
- Break down legacy PLC logic and modernize it into a software-defined architecture
- Support migration to Siemens environments and evaluate CODESYS / Beckhoff
- Use Python & C# (professional or hobby experience welcome)
- Work with virtualization tools (Docker, containerization)
- Support move to virtual HMI solutions-strong interest in Ignition
What We're Looking For- 3-5 years in controls or industrial automation
- Strong PLC foundation (Siemens, Rockwell, or CODESYS)
- Some experience with Python or C#
- Curious, adaptable, and excited to work on next-gen controls tech
- Comfortable working with a small, hands-on team + hardware support
