This role focuses on optimizing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across core business functions including Finance, Sales, Warehouse Management, and Customer Service. The ideal candidate understands ERP systems deeply and enjoys improving workflows, enhancing reporting visibility, and partnering with business stakeholders to drive measurable operational improvements.
What You’ll Be Doing

Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with emphasis on Finance, Sales, Warehouse Management, and Customer Service modules

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and RDLC reports that translate ERP data into actionable insights

Monitor system performance, apply updates, and ensure platform stability

Support data integration, migration, and ongoing data quality management initiatives

Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvement opportunities and implement system-driven solutions

Design and deploy custom workflows and light application enhancements where appropriate

Implement and maintain security controls aligned with compliance and internal governance requirements

Provide training and technical support to end users to improve system adoption and proficiency

Maintain documentation for system configurations, enhancements, and user guidance
Required Experience
-
2 or more years of hands-on experience implementing and/or optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Strong functional expertise across Finance, Sales, Warehouse Management, and Customer Service modules

Experience building RDLC and Power BI reports

Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills

Experience working in a structured office environment

Effective written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have

Knowledge of SQL and/or higher-level programming languages like X++, C#, or VB

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification
