Requirements

5 or more years of experience in computer operations and multiplatform IT systems support.

Responsibilities

Direct the daily operations of IT support specialists to ensure efficient incident resolution and service delivery.

Serve as the primary technical escalation point to resolve complex hardware and software support requests.

Monitor enterprise ticketing systems to analyze support trends and report on security incident awareness.

Perform rigorous quality assurance evaluations on technical incidents to guarantee SLA compliance.

Formulate strategic workflow improvements to enhance IT operational efficiency and overall user satisfaction.

Manage technical hardware pipelines and oversee inventory tracking for the Information Technology cost center.

Coordinate intricate audiovisual setups and provide comprehensive video conferencing support across multiple locations.
