Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite: Monday – Thursday) Need Local

Duration: 6 Months (Contract)

Note: For the candidate, the rate can go up to $64/hr on a W2. 

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a critical Blue Yonder (BY) Demand Planning implementation. The project is currently entering the second week of the Design Phase, and we require a leader who can hit the ground running to ensure a seamless transition through the remaining lifecycle.

This is a high-visibility role based in the Bay Area, requiring a local professional who can collaborate onsite with the team four days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of the Blue Yonder Demand Planning project, focusing on the Design, Build, and Validation phases.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure the 6-month timeline is met.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project health, manage risks/issues, and provide regular status updates to leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Blue Yonder (JDA) Expertise: Proven experience managing projects specifically within the BY Demand Planning suite.
• Industry Context: Prior experience within the Semiconductor industry is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.
• Phase Experience: Strong understanding of the Design phase of large-scale software implementations.
• Project Management Toolkit: Proficiency in standard PM methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and tools for tracking complex milestones.

Logistics & Requirements

• Location: Must be local to the San Jose/Bay Area (or able to commute daily).
• Schedule: Onsite presence is required Monday through Thursday.
• Eligibility: Must be currently based in the United States and authorized to work.
