Summary

Java Fullstack Lead

Introduction:

The Java Fullstack Lead will be responsible for leading a team in developing and maintaining Java tech stack applications, including Spring Boot, Angular/VueJS, Elasticsearch, and Oracle DB. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to work closely with client SMEs and stakeholders. Experience in mentoring offshore teams and knowledge of AI tools are also required. Previous experience in the legal domain is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team in the development and maintenance of Java tech stack applications.
Collaborate with client SMEs and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
Utilize AI tools to generate code efficiently.
Ensure the security and integrity of applications, especially in a legal context.
Work with offshore teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

Active Top-Secret Clearance Status
Strong knowledge of Java, including Spring Boot and Angular/VueJS

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Elasticsearch and Oracle DB
Analytical and communication skills
Ability to mentor offshore technical team members
Familiarity with AI tools for code generation
Previous experience in the legal domain
