We are seeking a talented Java Production Support Lead to join our Software Engineering team supporting an new project for a global leader in logistics and delivery services. In this role, you will be a subject matter expert, leading teams to build and maintain high-performance web-based applications.

responsibilities:
- Design, build, and test web-based applications for various site components.
- Lead the production support team, making key decisions and engaging with multiple cross-functional teams.
- Document technical designs, specifications, and incorporate updated content for websites.
- Create user-friendly web interfaces and implement best practices for high performance and responsiveness.
- Perform code reviews to maintain quality and provide technical solutions for the immediate and broader teams.
- Stay updated with latest web technologies to continuously improve the development process.
