Job Summary
Seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Lead Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ECC, ABAP Development, RICEFW, Integrations, and Manufacturing industry experience. The candidate will lead technical development, support complex SAP solutions, and contribute to SAP S/4HANA modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP ABAP design, development, and technical delivery in ECC/S/4HANA environments.

Develop RICEFW objects, ABAP Objects, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and Workflows.
-
Build integrations using IDocs, RFCs, Web Services, and APIs.
-
Perform code reviews, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and technical support.
-
Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and global delivery teams.
-
Support S/4HANA custom code remediation and modernization initiatives.
Required Skills
-
12–15 years of SAP ABAP development experience.

Strong hands-on SAP ECC technical development and large-scale implementation/support experience.

Expertise in RICEFW, ABAP Objects, BAPI, BADI, User Exits, Enhancements, Forms, and Integrations.

Strong understanding of SAP technical architecture and performance optimization.

Manufacturing industry experience – Mandatory.

Strong communication, technical leadership, and client-facing skills.
Preferred Skills

SAP S/4HANA technical development and migration.

CDS Views, OData, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP.

SAP technical certifications.
