Summary

We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert for HR systems and to lead complex HRIS projects and initiatives. This role plays a critical part in optimizing current HR systems while supporting strategic transition to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and a passion for continuous improvement.



Key Responsibilities

HRIS Leadership & System Expertise

Serve as a subject matter expert for HR systems and lead HRIS projects and initiatives.

Lead system updates and upgrades, including testing HRIS applications, configuration changes, and security updates.

Support the ongoing strategic direction for HRIS, including reporting, metrics, and decision-supporting analytics.

Prepare business requirements and test documentation; actively participate in testing system configuration, controls, and functionality.

Develop, implement, and maintain user procedures, guidelines, and business process documentation.

Maintain awareness of current HR technology trends and statutory and regulatory requirements impacting HR systems.



System Configuration & Administration

Configure, maintain, and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Recruiting, Benefits, and Compensation.

Manage end-to-end quarterly release testing, including impact analysis, regression testing, and implementation of new features.



Reporting & Data Analytics

Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.

Analyze large data sets in Excel to deliver actionable insights for HR leadership and workforce planning.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems through regular audits and validation processes.



Project Management & Process Improvement

Lead HRIS-related initiatives as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on best practices, workflows, and system capabilities.

Evaluate current HR processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.

Partner closely with IT, Finance, and third-party vendors to manage system integrations and enhancements.



Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and a minimum of 7 years of related experience,

OR in lieu of a degree, 11 years of relevant experience.

Expert-level Excel skills required.

Access skills preferred.

Experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
