Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our technology team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline automation, cloud infrastructure, containerization, and infrastructure as code (IaC). The candidate should be comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments.
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security using monitoring tools and logging frameworks.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve release management and deployment strategies.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and application performance issues.
  • Implement DevSecOps best practices including vulnerability scanning and compliance checks.
  • Support production deployments, incident management, and root cause analysis.
  • Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment procedures, and operational processes.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell Script, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or Datadog.
  • Good understanding of Linux/Unix administration and networking concepts.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
