Job Title:DMI (Data Modernization Initiative) Durational Project Manager
Location: Hartford, CT

Qualifications / Skills:
Advanced degree in Public Administration, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project or portfolio management within large-scale technology or modernization initiatives.
Experience managing federally funded programs, including grant compliance and performance reporting.
Strong understanding of data modernization, public health informatics, and systems transformation frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a central PMO, aligning program-level projects to enterprise standards and governance models.
