Summary
· Application Support: Provide L2/L3 support for PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2 on Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Supply Chain, Billing and Contracts.
· Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing production support.
· Customization & Reporting: Design, develop, and document customizations using Peopletools. Oversee the development and testing of technical solutions to meet business requirements.
· Collaboration: Work closely with business users to understand and address system-related issues and ensure alignment with business needs. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development and support teams.
· *** Point responsibilities: Responsible for supervising the day-to-day work and ensuring a productive and efficient environment. Responsible for overseeing projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion, ensuring the work aligns with the overall project scope. Will be the point of contact between on-site employees, contractors, clients, and *** upper management.
Onsite resource requirements:
· Min 10 years of experience in Support, Maintenance and Enhancement of PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2 system.
· Strong business process knowledge in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Supply Chain, Billing and Contracts.
· Experience working closely with Business to understand and troubleshooting issues.
· Strong expertise in Peopletools specifically Application Engine, Peoplecode, Component Interface and SQR
· Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Experience in Offshore Onsite coordination and handoff.
