The Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst LMS Transition supports the successful delivery of large scale Learning Management System (LMS) migrations by serving as a technical and collaboration anchor across multiple workstreams. This role specializes in technical and integration design, working closely with cross functional partners to define, document, and validate design decisions that enable effective implementation.

The role partners with HRIS, IT, Security, Learning, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure technical designs are clearly documented, aligned across teams, and executable within enterprise and compliance constraints. In addition, the role provides program support and coordination to help keep technical activities aligned with overall project milestones.

A Package Consultant, also known as an Industry Package Consultant, specializes in integrating packaged technology solutions into a client's business environment. They leverage their extensive business knowledge and package expertise to achieve the client's desired business outcomes. The consultant's skills typically include proficiency in various Tier-2 enterprise resource planning (ERP) and MES systems, such as Infor (includes BaaN and Lawson), Apriso Flexnet, IFS, Maconomy, Notes/Domino and BPCS (Business Planning and Control System).
