About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Mobile App Developer to help build and enhance cross-platform mobile applications used by customers and business teams. You will work closely with product managers, architects, QA engineers, business analysts, and fellow developers to deliver scalable, high-quality mobile experiences across iOS and Android platforms.

As part of the mobile development team, you will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from solution design and development to testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate is passionate about mobile technologies, user experience, code quality, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Build Innovative Mobile Experiences
  • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
  • Create reusable, scalable, and maintainable components and application features.
  • Write high-quality code using JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Participate in technical design discussions, sprint planning, estimation, and implementation activities.
Deliver Exceptional User Experiences
  • Transform Figma designs into responsive, production-ready mobile applications.
  • Build intuitive and accessible interfaces that provide a seamless experience across iOS and Android devices.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, including ADA/WCAG guidelines.
Integrate Modern Mobile Services
  • Develop and maintain integrations with:
    • REST APIs
    • Firebase
    • Push Notifications
    • Google Analytics
    • Third-party platforms and services
  • Implement secure authentication, API communication, and data synchronization.
  • Maintain API documentation and Postman collections.
Improve Performance and Reliability
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and stability.
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to refactoring initiatives.
  • Diagnose and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
  • Support and modernize legacy mobile applications.
Support Testing and Release Management
  • Collaborate with QA teams to validate application functionality and quality.
  • Assist with issue reproduction, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
  • Support CI/CD processes, build management, and release activities.
  • Publish and maintain mobile applications in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Monitor application health and stability using tools such as Firebase Crashlytics.
Drive Continuous Improvement
  • Stay current with React Native ecosystem updates and mobile engineering best practices.
  • Ensure application compatibility with evolving iOS, Android, and third-party platform changes.
  • Contribute to engineering excellence through improved standards, automation, and development practices.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience developing and deploying mobile applications using React Native.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and mobile application integrations.
  • Knowledge of Firebase services and push notification frameworks.
  • Experience with Git-based source control and modern development workflows.
  • Understanding of mobile performance optimization and debugging techniques.
  • Experience deploying applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Experience using Figma, Postman, and mobile analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Passion for delivering user-centric mobile experiences and maintaining high engineering standards.
