Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in WordPress, PHP, and React.js to design, develop, and lead scalable web applications. This role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, support ownership, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams in an onsite, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using WordPress, PHP, and React.js

• Build custom WordPress themes, plugins, and REST API integrations

• Integrate third-party APIs and services

• Optimize application performance across front-end and back-end

• Develop responsive UIs using JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery

• Learn, support, and maintain COTS and SaaS applications

Support & Technical Leadership

• Lead and manage support teams handling enhancements, bug fixes, and client issues

• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship

• Work across SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, Agile & Sprint-based delivery models

• Coordinate with application and platform teams for hyper-care and performance optimization

• Provide L3 technical support and mentor L2 teams

• Manage service SLAs including availability, proactive monitoring, and incident resolution

• Perform unit testing and integration testing support

Project Collaboration

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and product managers

• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability

• Act as a strong client-facing technical lead (onsite or remote as required)

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience

• Strong expertise in:

  • WordPress (custom themes, plugins, REST APIs)

  • PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Core PHP)

  • React.js (Hooks, Redux, component-based architecture)

• Experience with MySQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

• Cloud exposure (AWS preferred; Azure/Google Cloud Platform a plus)

• Proven experience leading development or support teams

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
