· Strong proficiency in Apex| LWC| and Salesforce Flows.
· Proven experience with Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration projects.
· Experience with external system integration using APIs| Named Credentials| Platform Events.
· Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture in Salesforce (Platform Events| CDC).Solid understanding of Salesforce security model profiles| roles| permission sets sharing rules.
· Design and development experience on Salesforce solutions mainly in Service Cloud along with Sales Cloud| Marketing Cloud| Experience Cloud and other Salesforce products exposure.
Salesforce Certifications:
· Platform Developer I
· Platform Developer II
· Salesforce Admin
· App Builder.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with tools like Postman| Workbench| Data Loader| VS Code with SFDX. Knowledge of deployment processes and DevOps tools like Copado.
Hands on complex coding on APEX| LWC and integration is mandatory sales| service and salesforce technical certifications mandatory hands on in salesforce org merge| Lightning migration| integration and data quality/migration design
Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background. Salesforce.com integration experience| including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools. Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC| Force.com| Java| JavaScript| and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions. Strong experience with configuration| customization| programming with APEX APIs| APEX Triggers| and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch. Strong practical deployment knowledge of Visual
Force| Flex| Salesforce configurations| Apex classes| APEX Web services| API| AppExchange deployment| and Salesforce.com s-controls. Ability to define the system landscape| to identify gaps between current and desired end-states| and deliver a CRM solution. Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions| and Approval Workflow. Programming experience with the following languages| J2EE| HTML XML| SQL| Oracle.
Strong knowledge in data migration and integration
Design and develop Salesforce solutions including Service Cloud| Sales Cloud| Marketing Cloud| Experience Cloud and other Salesforce products. Design| develop| and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex| Lightning Web Components (LWC)| and Flow. Configure and optimize Salesforce platform using standard tools objects.
