Domain Lead - Product Cybersecurity
Plano, TX - Hybrid
The Product Cybersecurity Domain Lead is responsible for leading cybersecurity efforts across the connected vehicle ecosystem. This role ensures security is embedded throughout the product lifecycle, from development to deployment, by leveraging deep technical expertise and strategic thinking. The position involves collaboration with global stakeholders, executive briefings, and the development of innovative solutions to complex cybersecurity challenges.
Deep, hands-on cybersecurity expertise, especially in connected vehicles, IoT, embedded systems, and product security; not a purely program or coordination profile
Strong technical leadership with the ability to operate as a senior technical authority, not just a people or process manager
Ownership of security across the full product lifecycle, embedding securebydesign principles from development through deployment
Ability to operate at a strategic level, influencing senior leadership and contributing to longterm cybersecurity direction and competitiveness
Clear executivelevel communication skills, able to translate cybersecurity risks and mitigations to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Experience collaborating across global teams, suppliers, and partners on complex system, software, and hardware security challenges
A true mix of handson technical work and stakeholder engagement; neither purely strategic nor purely tactical.
