Automation QA (CBX)

Job Description:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
• Hands-on experience testing Contextual Banking Experience (CBX) or digital banking platforms.
• Strong experience in automation frameworks using Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Experience with UI automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Proven expertise in API testing and automation.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with SQL and database validation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using defect management and test management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Lending, Payments, or Wealth Management domains.
• Knowledge of Temenos, Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE, Mambu, or similar banking platforms.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Exposure to cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of security testing and OWASP principles.
• ISTQB Certification or equivalent QA certification.
