Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst with strong Investment Operations and Wire Management expertise to support Middle Office and Controllers technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving requirements gathering, solution delivery, testing, implementation, and operational support for critical investment operations platforms.

This role requires a strong understanding of payment processing, SWIFT messaging, cash settlements, and middle office workflows within the financial services industry.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 8+ years of experience working across full SDLC projects including requirements gathering, functional specifications, testing, and implementation
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with C#, Python, SQL, and Excel Macros/VBA
• Strong experience with wire management platforms; IVP Cash Master experience highly preferred

Experience with systems supporting:

• SSI (Standing Settlement Instructions)
• Wire transfers
• SWIFT message generation
• Cash settlements
• Straight-through processing (STP)

  • Strong knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards including MT1XX, MT2XX, and MT9XX
  • Solid understanding of Investment Operations and Middle Office functions
  • Experience working with financial instruments such as Bank Loans, Bonds, and Derivatives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated team player with strong ownership mindset
