We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integrations Architect and System Administrator to lead the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations, or Business Central) and other enterprise systems.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between MS Dynamics and third-party applications (e.g., Identity platforms, Azure, Power Platform, custom APIs).
Manage and maintain Dynamics environments including production, sandbox, and development.
Perform system monitoring, backups, and updates to ensure optimal performance and security compliance.
Administer user access, roles, privileges, and security configurations.
Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, and business rules to meet organizational requirements.
Assist in managing solution deployments across environments using tools like Azure DevOps or other CI/CD pipelines.
Governance & Best Practices
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or BC).
3+ years of experience designing and managing system integrations using APIs, web services, or middleware.
Proven experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Function Apps, Azure Service Bus).
Solid understanding of Dynamics security models, workflows, and data models.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
Familiarity with SQL Server, SSRS/SSIS, and data transformation tools.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
