Description Robert Half is partnering with an innovative organization to hire a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst for a direct hire opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BI professional who enjoys building scalable data solutions, transforming complex data into actionable insights, and partnering with business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision making.
What You'll Do- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake.
- Build reliable data validation processes including reconciliation, record count validation, anomaly detection, and other data quality controls.
- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar visualization platforms.
- Translate business requirements into technical data solutions that provide meaningful insights.
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions.
- Lead Business Intelligence projects from planning through implementation, including documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Establish and promote BI best practices, governance standards, and data visualization strategies.
- Provide end-user training, support, and guidance to encourage adoption of reporting and analytics tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data accessibility, and overall analytics capabilities.
Requirements Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience working with relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake data modeling and modern data warehousing concepts.
- Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI or similar BI platforms.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality methodologies.
- Experience using Python, APIs, AI-enabled analytics tools, or other modern data technologies is a plus.
- ERP reporting experience is beneficial.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience managing projects and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
