Role Summary
Monitors the execution of all project phases to ensure effective delivery on schedule for the Tax Modernization program. Maintains a program-level RAID log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) throughout the project lifecycle and facilitates cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and manage the project schedule.
- Maintain a program-level RAID log to track project risks, actions, issues, and decisions.
- Report project issues, risks, actions, and decisions to leadership and escalate problems as necessary.
- Facilitate project meetings and cross-functional discussions.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and DBA teams to develop deployment plans and release schedules.
Technical & Screening Requirements
Mandatory Qualification (Pass/Fail)
- Experience Level: 84+ Months as a Project Manager planning, organizing, and integrating cross-functional IT projects that are significant in scope and impact.
Requested Qualifications Matrix
- 84 Months: Experience acting as a project/release manager for application development projects throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- 84 Months: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Infra, DBA) to build release schedules and deployment plans.
- 84 Months: Experience facilitating and managing communication across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 84 Months: Experience with project quality planning, QA, end-to-end system testing, quality control, UAT, defect management, and metrics management.
- 60 Months: Experience using PM tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Kanban boards, and Agile methodologies.
- 60 Months: Experience using CI/CD automation software and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible).
