Pay Range: $65.00hr - $70.00hr
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Migration Lead to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce data migration initiatives involving Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), or other Salesforce platforms. The candidate should have proven experience in planning, executing, and governing complex data migration projects while collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to ensure seamless migration with minimal business disruption.
Required Skills:
- 5 7 years of experience in enterprise data migration projects with at least 3+ years of Salesforce data migration experience.
- Hands-on experience migrating data to Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, Salesforce APIs, Bulk API, and migration automation tools.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or similar integration platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, standard and custom objects, relationships, external IDs, and lookup/master-detail relationships.
- Experience in data profiling, source-to-target mapping, transformation logic, validation, reconciliation, and data quality management.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data governance.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise migration programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementations and customer data unification.
- Experience migrating data from legacy CRM platforms such as Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, Oracle CRM, or custom applications into Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce AI Associate (Preferred).
- Experience in insurance, financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
