We are seeking a Technology Support Engineer to join our team in a hybrid capacity based out of Dallas, TX. This role focuses on providing application support coverage, technical troubleshooting, and critical maintenance for our core technology stack. You will play a vital role in ensuring application stability, compliance, and continuous deployment efficiency.

responsibilities:
- Manage support coverage and ticket resolution within defined SLAs for Oracle RightNow and PHP/SQL Server backend applications.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while executing application enhancements.
- Conduct regular security scans, platform upgrades, and system patching to maintain operational health.
- Support and optimize the CI/CD deployment pipeline for application delivery.
qualifications:
4+ years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle RightNow Cloud Service / Oracle CX Service.
4+ years of experience utilizing PHP and working with SQL Server backends.
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting production environments and managing system upgrades/security compliance.
Must be local to Dallas, TX for hybrid work arrangements and currently residing on US land.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
Foundational knowledge or exposure to .Net development.
Conceptual understanding or experience integrating AI features.
