Oracle eBusiness Suite Developer

Introduction:

The Oracle eBusiness Suite Developer will be a key member of the NAOFA project team, responsible for implementing modules related to Oracle eBusiness Suite Financials. This role will involve leading technical projects, preparing presentations for senior executives, and providing advanced technical support for system issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead NAOFA project team in developing, planning, and managing critical project tasks
  • Participate in the preparation of materials and presentations for senior executives and customers
  • Lead meetings related to specific technical projects or tasks
  • Diagnose and repair system problems, collaborating with vendor support or USPS teams
  • Respond promptly to incidents in ServiceNow
  • Create time-sensitive deliverables
  • Lead in AI, VersionOne, and ALM usage by the development team

Requirements:

Required Experience Level:

  • Minimum of 13 years of experience developing objects and code in Oracle eBusiness Suite
  • Experience as a Subject Matter Expert in implementing modules such as Purchasing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and General Ledger
  • Strong implementation background and ability to solution complex business requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and payment processing methods
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and management tools

Additional Skills/Experience:

  • Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred
  • Ability to work independently on high-visibility programs
  • Experience training/mentoring less experienced personnel
  • Ability to obtain Postal clearance
  • Excellent communication skills
