Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Marketing Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Plan and manage marketing programs and initiatives, coordinating activities, timelines, communications, and deliverables to support organizational and business objectives.
- Develop and execute partner and customer engagement strategies, working with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen relationships and support market development.
- Monitor marketing performance and business outcomes, analyzing campaign, pipeline, and engagement information to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and support data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing activities, preparing presentations and communications, supporting events and programs, and collaborating with business and leadership teams on strategic initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6–9 years of experience in marketing, partner marketing, program management, business development, demand generation, or related areas.

|
Technical Skills
|
Marketing Strategy, Partner Marketing, Program Management, Demand Generation, Account Management, Business Development, Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Campaign Management, Presentation Development
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
- Experience in B2B partner marketing or co-marketing for public sector clients and partners, including federal, state, local, NGO, or nonprofit organizations.
- Experience driving pipeline growth and revenue through public sector partner marketing initiatives.
- Experience supporting emerging ISV partnerships, preferably involving AI and technology solutions.
- Experience managing account-based marketing (ABM), marketing automation, partner engagement, and demand generation programs within the public sector.

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
